In probability theory, the most important aspect is the probability distribution because it finds plenty ofapplication in most fields that form the science. It is said to find favor on account studies of insurance and finance aswell as in the medical field, in agriculture, demography and econometric studies. The contemporary research work isdevoted to the introduction of a new extension, which is named the neutrosophic three-parameter type I half-logistic inverseWeibull distribution (NLIW). Numerous mathematical properties theorizing life survival have been formulated and analyzed, including survival and hazard functions, moment-generating functions and other tests of average, variance, and standarddeviation, skewness and kurtosis. The effectiveness of NLIW distribution estimate has been investigated using Monte Carlomethod. The findings of the simulation performed in this research reveal that task of estimating with acceptable accuracy canbe achieved when the size of the sample is large. The reality of data of premature infant staying times has been adopted toelucidate the precise manner in which the expounded distribution of NLIW must be implemented. In the application aspectsit has been demonstrated in the following sections that NLIW distribution is flexible since it can be used on both classicaldata and the data which contains uncertainties, ambiguity or imprecision.Downloads
