This study introduces the concept of N*-open sets and their complements in bi-topological spaces. The fundamental properties of N*-open sets are investigated, with particular emphasis on their relationships with conventional open and closed sets in bi-topological spaces. Furthermore, the concept of N*-open sets is employed to introduce and characterize a new type of connectedness, called N*-connectedness. The study establishes the basic properties of N*- connected spaces and provides a framework for examining connectedness through the newly defined class of N∗-open sets.Downloads
